Step 1 - Select a material color and pattern that you can live with for a long time.
Use the compare feature to view up to 5 stones side by side. Just click on the "Compare" box for each stone that you want to see side by side and then click on the "Compare Now" button on the right side of this panel.
Once you have found your stone, click the Select button to move on to step 2 - selecting your edge.
Inspecting the actual slab block that will be used for your countertop should follow initial selection from a sample. Because they are natural materials, granite and marble samples may vary considerably from the actual slab block. Bring sample cabinet doors, paint chips and furniture material samples with you to place along side the actual slab block to confirm kitchen or bath color coordination.
